At our microroastery in Vancouver, we specialize in roasting highly traceable specialty grade coffees, sourced with integrity by importers who pay what the coffee is really worth. We choose our coffees for their unique palates and exceptional quality, and use roast profiles designed to accentuate their particular characteristics while maximizing sweetness and balancing acidity.
